Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. No Account Required

The App has no accounts and no sign-in. Your alarms, streaks and settings are stored on your device, and your subscription is tied to your Apple Account through the App Store. You are responsible for the security of your device.

3. Use of the App

• You may use the App to set alarms, complete wake-up challenges (math, quiz, text, shake, memory, reaction, tiles, photo) to dismiss them, keep wake-up streaks, see your statistics and achievements, and listen to relaxation sounds.
• Setting and enabling alarms requires an active Alarmly Pro subscription or free trial. Without one you can still open and browse the App, but alarms you created earlier do not ring.
• All purchases are processed by Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

The App is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App without our permission.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Alarmly Pro is an auto-renewable subscription with weekly, monthly or yearly billing. The price and billing period are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Free trial: some plans start with a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts into a paid subscription and you are charged for the first billing period. A free trial is available once per Apple Account.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• Penalty Dismiss is a one-time consumable purchase that lets you stop a ringing alarm without completing its challenge. It is non-refundable, and its price depends on the tier you choose in Settings.
• Emergency Stop is included with Alarmly Pro and limited to two uses per calendar month; the allowance resets at the start of each month.
• Prices may vary by region and may change; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its features, designs, sounds, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for its intended purpose.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the App for illegal purposes or in violation of any law.
• Interfering with the App's operation or other users' experience.
• Attempting to access unauthorized data or features.
• Circumventing subscription requirements or payment systems.
• Sharing or distributing App content without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee alarm reliability in all circumstances, uninterrupted service, or that the App will meet all your requirements. Use at your own risk. Always use backup alarm methods for critical wake-up times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed alarms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
