1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Girdapp.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Creation and Linking

• Accounts are automatically created based on your device or through Google/Apple Sign In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any invitation codes used to link with your partner.
• Once linked with a partner, shared features (pets, interactions, etc.) become mutual. We are not responsible for unlinking or disputes between partners.

4. Permitted Use

• The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree not to: hack, cheat, reverse engineer, distribute inappropriate content, harass others, or interfere with the App's operation.

5. Shared Content and Interactions

All content and interactions shared with your linked partner are visible to them. We are not responsible for any relationship issues, disputes, or consequences arising from shared use of the App.

6. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements. We and our partners may serve personalized ads based on your usage data and device identifiers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (pet designs, graphics, code, widgets) is owned by Girdapp or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

8. In-App Purchases

Any future in-app purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Girdapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any relationship-related issues.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
